As you are aware, the NSW school curriculum is under review, the first comprehensive review since 1989. The review aims to equip students to continue to contribute to Australian society in the 21st century. The Minister for Education, Rob Stokes, has just released the Terms of Reference for the review to commence from 3 September 2018 and last until the end of November 2018. Professor Geoff Masters, CEO of the Australian Council for Educational Research will lead the review.
Over the coming months PTC NSW will be assisting member associations (such as VADEA) to provide both individual and combined submissions to NESA. Further details of combined sessions will be sent shortly. Here is the link to the announcement and the process for you to follow.
