dLux Media Arts http://www.dlux.org.au/ invites Visual Arts teachers and Principals to attend the celebratory launch of their education program and recent BOSTES accredited media arts workshops.

Meet the dLux team in a relaxed setting and find out more about dLux programs and activities and what they have to offer in terms of the Quality Teaching Council (QTC) and BOSTES Teacher Accreditation for professional development.

The first of these workshops will be held at the National Maritime Museum, Sydney and dLux is offering VADEA members half price at $132.50 per workshop

November 18 Stop Motion Animation
November 19 Manipulating Time – exploring perceptual shifts in time and space.

Drawing inspiration from their sought-after national touring exhibition Scanlines, these workshops provide participants with access to dLux artists and the latest specialist knowledge and technical skills to get hands-on in making moving image artworks. 

Workshops are designed around key historical and contemporary artworks by leading Australian artists and demonstrate the use of accessible and intuitive technology as a tool to engage and inspire students.
