This event will commence at 8.30am in the Hazelhurst Theatrette, starting with a private view of the ARTEXPRESS exhibition.
Two sessions will run over the day, with exciting and informative workshops by Peter Sharp and Alan Jones.
Peter is currently working on a project in the Hazelhurst gardens and his workshop will look at how he develops ideas for large 2D and 3D works through reductive charcoal drawings.
Alan Jones’ work explores ideas that surround notions of identity. Jones works across a broad spectrum of mediums and takes a personal approach to the subject matter. Through this process, Jones aims to communicate the intricacies of human connections and how his roots subsequently influence his work.
