The Visual Arts and Design Educators Association (VADEA),
as the peak professional association for Visual Arts teachers in NSW, has sought the views of their members on the current Stage 6 syllabus and considerations for areas for development for the writing of new Stage 6 Visual Arts.
Two surveys were conducted to seek responses. The first survey was held from September to November and the second was at the conclusion of an initial professional learning event for the Years 7-10 syllabus on 4th December.
In total, there were 108 responses. VADEA currently has a membership of over 660 members.
