Viewpoints

This table provides a summary of the four Viewpoints (Structural, Subjective, Cultural and Contemporary), where art may be thought of as representations of ideas and meanings through a visual and multimodal language, expressions of personal experiences and associations, shared social perspectives and understandings, and current and emerging theories and practices that interrogate, reconstruct or reimagine conventions and assumptions. Example questions for each Viewpoint are also provided.
