Sam Leach – Navigating emergent intersections between technology, art, science, philosophy and the natural world, Sam Leach (b. 1973, Adelaide) speculates on new possibilities and knowledge for artistic practice; and humanity itself. Having completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Fine Arts), Master of Arts (Fine Arts) by research, Honours Fine Art (Painting) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting) at RMIT University, Melbourne, Leach has conducted an ongoing critical investigation into the nature of painting as a conceptually driven, dynamic material practice.
